Combine cereals, pretzels, and nuts in a roasting pan. Stir well to mix.
In a small bowl, combine dried spices. Stir to mix well. Transfer into a spice shaker.
Drizzle 1/3 of butter over roasting pan contents, using a spoon or small ladle. Drizzle 1/3 of Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle on 1/3 of spice mix. Stir well.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 twice, for a total baking time of 1 hour.
Eat warm out of the oven or let cool and store in airtight containers at room temperature.
Notes
* If making vegan/plant-based, substitute vegan butter (like Earth Balance Buttery Sticks) and ensure that Worcestershire sauce does not contain anchovies.
