When Nicole Matios isn’t prowling through a labyrinth or traveling through time, she likes to kick back with her favorite snack mix. And since I asked her very nicely (and promised not to write her into any more tricky adventures… for now) she’s agreed to share the recipe.

This is the perfect snack for curling up in front of the fireplace or Christmas tree, reading a magical book (cough Goddess in Time cough), or binge-watching The Great British Baking Show.
